Training/Qualifications and Experience

I have worked in the NHS for almost 8 years and I specialise in the areas of sexuality, gender identity, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience of offering therapy for psychological difficulties and personal development. Psychological therapy can help you deal with any difficulties, life issues or symptoms of psychological disorder. Issues that can be addressed in therapy include: identity issues, psycho-sexual problems, longstanding difficulties such as depression, Bipolar Affective disorder, loneliness, anxiety disorders, lack of confidence and/or low self-esteem, BDD, long-term health conditions or disability, pain management, addictions, PTSD, childhood sexual abuse, unhappiness in childhood, bereavement/loss, financial loss and more specific problems such as phobias, work related stress, OCD, anger and trauma.
